Kathy Titus

As Director of Vocational & Transitional Services, Kathy oversees the community based initiatives at GROW, including student internships. She is the program liaison for Project Forward and supervises the college mainstream component at Cape Cod Community College. Kathy coordinates and oversees transition services for students who are moving from school to adult living, working directly with students and their families, adult service agencies and adult living programs.

Kathy earned her MEd in Special Education from the University of San Diego. She has a strong career counseling background and has worked in both private and public education for over 35 years. Kathy has been recognized by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for her support of people with disabilities, her dedication as a special education teacher and for her work in establishing a successful Best Buddies program.

Kathy resides in Barnstable with her husband. She enjoys spending time with her family which includes her 3 grandchildren. During her leisure time, Kathy enjoys reading, cycling and fitness classes.
