Ryan Meitl

Ryan Meitl is the Co-Founder and CEO of Rivet Work, an internet connected lighting controls company for commercial and industrial buildings. Prior to Rivet Work, Ryan was the Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Amatis Controls from January 2018 to August 2019. Before that, they were the Engineering Manager at Bosch USA from August 2011 to December 2017 where they were in charge of a startup that developed IoT solutions for smart buildings. Ryan has also worked as a Product Engineering Intern at John Deere and as a Graduate Research Assistant at North Carolina State University - NSF FREEDM Systems Center. Ryan has also been a Teaching Assistant at Illinois State University and an Electrical Lead at Illinois State Solar Car.

Ryan Meitl has a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University. Ryan also has a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Illinois State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Physics Teacher Education from Illinois Central College.
