Carlo's extensive experience also includes roles at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where leadership included global oversight of World Class Manufacturing across 161 plants, and a managerial position at Sevel, a joint venture known for producing light commercial vehicles. Carlo's career began at CNH Industrial, progressing from Plant Manager to various operational roles. Carlo holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma.
