Juan Pablo Soulier

Juan Pablo Soulier is currently involved in data and AI at Rivian since March 2023, while also serving as Co-Founder and Advisor at Vammo, which focuses on electrifying electric 2-wheelers in Latin America. Previously, Juan Pablo led strategy for infrastructure at Waymo from September 2019 to August 2022. At Tesla, roles included Head of Analytics and Strategy for EV Infrastructure, Manager of Global Charging Analytics, and Data Scientist for Superchargers from March 2014 to August 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as an Electric Vehicle Battery Engineer at Groupe Renault from January 2011 to March 2014, and interning in Photovoltaics recycling at Brookhaven National Laboratory in 2010. A background in R&D at Procter & Gamble in 2009 involved scientific marketing and consumer behavior analysis. Juan Pablo holds a Master of Science in Renewable Energies and an Engineer's degree in Chemical Engineering from Chimie ParisTech - PSL, complemented by initial studies in Chemical Engineering at Universidad de Los Andes.
