Sabrina Park

Sabrina Park is currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Talent Management at Rivian. Prior to joining Rivian, Sabrina held various positions at companies such as Apria Healthcare, CareFusion, and Starbucks Coffee Company, focusing on organizational effectiveness and talent management. Sabrina holds an MBA from the Drucker School of Management, a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior (in progress) from Claremont Graduate University, an MA in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University, and a BA in Psychology from UC Irvine.
