Gerard J. Ferguson

Gerard J. Ferguson is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Riviana Foods. Gerard has held this position since January of 2009.

Prior to their current role, Mr. Ferguson served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Exopack LLC from January 2001 to December 2005. Gerard then held the position of Business Human Resources Manager for International Paper from January 1999 to December 2001.

In January 2007, Mr. Ferguson became the Senior Vice President, Corporate Administration for Exopack Holding Company and they held this role until December of 2008. Gerard then served as the Vice President of Human Resources for the company from January 2005 to December 2006.

From January 1989 to December 1999, Mr. Ferguson worked as the Regional Human Resources Manager for Union Camp Corporation. Gerard began their career in human resources as the Personnel Representative for Weston Controls from January 1988 to December 1989. Gerard then became the Human Resources Assistant for Allied Services from January 1987 to December 1988.

Gerard J. Ferguson's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Health Planning and Admin. from Penn State University with a major in Labor Studies and a minor in Occupational Safety and Health.
