Antonio D. Ralph

Colonel Antonio D. Ralph, U.S. Army (Ret.) is the Senior Vice President for the Information Technology (IT) & Engineering Division, for RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber). In this role, Tony will build and maintain long-standing relationships and contacts within the IT & Engineering community and drive the successful development of RiVidium’s and customers’ service strategy, business planning, business growth, and development of community partnerships/provider network, increasing service utilization revenue, and budget control.

Tony is a retired Army Officer with 25 years of experience in Military Intelligence and Defense Acquisition. He is uniquely qualified in all facets of the Defense Acquisition System and has been recognized as a trusted advisor to senior DoD leadership regarding procurement, contract management, test and evaluation, production, program management, and life-cycle logistics. Throughout his career he has led complex teams and managed large-scale projects, beginning from the discovery phase through execution, driving success across logistics, operations, and communications workstreams. Tony’s military leadership experience coupled with his expertise in operations and program management positions him to assist RiVidium to meet their customers changing needs.

Tony holds Master’s degrees from The George Washington University School of Business and the National Defense University, Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy. Tony holds Advanced (Level III) Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Certifications in Program Management and Test & Evaluation. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
