Tina Dao Gaines

Tina Dao Gaines, PHR, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, with a focus on technology and engineering sectors. Currently serving as an Executive Search professional at Riviera Partners since 2022, Tina has previously held significant roles at JUUL Labs and Intel Corporation, where contributions included managing senior recruiting efforts and global talent acquisition for artificial intelligence product groups. Additional experience encompasses HR generalist roles at the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and Texas Juvenile Justice Department, as well as positions in HR consulting and technical recruiting with Northwestern Mutual and Management Alliance Group, respectively. Tina earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
