Cynthia Worthington has been working in the field of business for over twenty-five years. Cynthia started their career in 1994 as Senior Vice President at FREBERG ENVIRONMENTAL, INC. In 2016, they moved to Rivington Partners, where they have been working as Senior Vice President ever since.

Cynthia Worthington obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 1990 and 1994.
