Suresh Uppal

Suresh Uppal has a diverse work experience spanning over more than two decades. Suresh currently works as a Hardware Engineer at Rivos Inc. since April 2022. Prior to this, they were a Reliability Engineer at Maxim Integrated from September 2017 to April 2022. Before that, they served as a Member of Technical Staff at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from March 2011 to August 2017.

Suresh also held positions as a Research Fellow at Dublin City University from June 2009 to March 2011 and as a Reliability Expert at Qimonda from August 2007 to March 2009.

Suresh'searlier experience includes roles as a Research Associate at Newcastle University from July 2005 to August 2007, a Research Assistant at the Optoelectronics Research Center, University of Southampton from December 2004 to July 2005, and another research assistant position at the University of Southampton from December 2002 to October 2004.

Suresh Uppal has a diverse education history. Suresh began their academic journey by earning a Master's degree in Physics from Panjab University, which they completed between 1995 and 1997. Suresh then pursued their M.Tech degree in Physics at the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, which they completed from 1997 to 1999. Suresh furthered their education by obtaining a PhD in Materials Engineering from the University of Southampton between 1999 and 2003.
