Narayanan Ramakrishnan

Narayanan Ramakrishnan has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to technology audits and information security. Narayanan is currently employed as the Senior Vice President and Head of Business Technology & Infosec Audits at Riyad Bank since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Arab National Bank for 13 years, holding positions such as Head of Technology & Special Projects Audits, Head of IT & IS Audits, and Senior IS Auditor. Before joining Arab National Bank, they worked as an Information Security Consultant at SABIC for four years. Their career started as an IT Consultant at Executive Leasing in Hong Kong, where they worked for nine years.

Narayanan Ramakrishnan completed their education in the field of Information Security, IS Audit, and Computer Science. In 1995, they obtained a Masters in Computer Applications from Bishop Heber College. Narayanan further expanded their knowledge in Information Security by earning a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA in 2001 and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)2 in 2003. Finally, in 2016, they became a Certified Ethical Hacker from EC-Council University.
