Talal Saadan

Talal Saadan has a strong background in finance and investments. Talal is currently the Head of Fixed Income and Money Market Portfolios at Riyad Capital since January 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of General Department for Fixed Income Investments, Treasury at the Real Estate Development Fund - REDF from April 2020 to January 2021. Earlier in their career, Talal worked at Samba Financial Group, where they held various roles including Manager, Cross-Assets Trader from January 2018 to April 2020, Assistant Manager, Credit Trader from April 2015 to January 2018, and Management Associate, Trader from March 2013 to April 2015.

Talal Saadan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from King Saud University, which they obtained between 2005 and 2009. Talal went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a double minor in Finance and Information Systems at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2011 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Talal Saadan has obtained several certifications. Talal received the CME-4 certification from the Capital Market Authority in March 2021 and the CME-1 certification from the same institution in January 2021. Furthermore, in June 2012, they completed a certification course on Assertiveness Skills for Managers and Supervisors at Rockhurst University. Prior to this, in May 2012, Talal also completed a certification course on Managing Multiple Projects, Computing Priorities, and Tight Deadlines, also at Rockhurst University.
