Debra Rizzi is the current President and Partner at Rizco. Debra has also previously worked with USA Gymnastics and Porter Novelli. During their time at Porter Novelli, they served as the Creative Production Manager and was responsible for launching Kellogg’s "Smart Start" Cereal, Gillette "Mach 3" Razor, GlaxoSmithKline’s "World No Tobacco Day", Rolling Stones "Bridges to Babylon" Concert Tour. Debra also cultivated creative campaign needs for 225 account executives spanning B2B, Consumer, Health Care & Non-Profit sectors.

Before their time at Porter Novelli, Rizzi served as the Assistant Manager of Special Projects at Lord & Taylor. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing and coordinating special projects as assigned by the store manager. These projects ranged from in-store events to storewide promotions.

Debra Rizzi has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University and a background in Art Debra'story.
