Phil Martinez

Phil Martinez, MBA has extensive experience in the logistics industry. Phil is currently the Director of Logistics Sales at RJ Logistics. Prior to this role, they were the Vice President of Sales and Operations at Freedom Freight Solutions. Phil also co-founded CapLink Logistics LLC and served as the Ex Co-Founder.

Earlier in their career, Phil held various positions at BRT SpartanNash, including Manager of Sales and Business Development and Senior Account Manager. Phil was responsible for leading the sales team, developing go-to-market strategies, managing customer accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.

Before joining BRT SpartanNash, Phil worked at Carter Logistics LLC as a Logistics Manager. Phil also gained valuable experience at Celadon Group Inc. as the Senior Manager of Business Development and as a Supply Chain Manager. Phil began their career at ProTrans International as a Supply Chain Manager and Route Manager.

Phil started their professional journey at Total Quality Logistics as an Account Executive, where they acquired new customers, managed logistics for various industries, and built strong customer relationships. Phil's diverse work experience and MBA background make him a highly skilled professional in the logistics field.

Phil Martinez completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Psychology from Anderson University between 2006 and 2009. Phil later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Anderson University from 2009 to 2010.
