Mike Noffsinger

Mike Noffsinger is an accomplished sales leader with over two decades of experience at RJ Young, where tenure began in July 2003. Currently serving as Regional VP of Sales, Mike Noffsinger leads both Sales Teams and Specialty Teams, previously held positions including Vice President of Sales, Regional Director of Sales, Regional Sales Manager, and Sales Manager. Responsibilities have encompassed the development of sales teams, coaching a significant number of sales managers, and producing substantial annual revenue. Earlier in the career, Mike Noffsinger worked as an Account Representative and in various capacities related to digital print services and operations. Prior to RJ Young, Mike Noffsinger served as a firefighter, inspector, and EMT at the Hopkinsville Fire Department from May 1999 to July 2003.
