Tricia Lovato

Tricia Lovato, CHRL, is an experienced professional in human resources and operations management, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at R.J. Burnside & Associates Limited since 2013, previously holding the position of Human Resources Generalist. Tricia's career includes roles as an Account Manager at Fifth and Missing Design Group and as Call Centre Manager at CCI Research Inc. Earlier experience includes positions as a Training Specialist at Skyjack Inc., Human Resources Assistant at Nipissing University and at Johnson Controls. Tricia holds a BA in Business Administration and Sociology from Nipissing University and has furthered education with a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College, as well as certifications in XHTML and CSS, and WSIB Part 1 from University of Waterloo and Gambit Industrial Health and Safety Consultants Inc. Tricia is also a Certified Human Resources Leader through HRPA.
