Shane F.

Shane F. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Shane most recently served as the Vice President of Engineering at RL Controls, LLC since July 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Engineering and Engineering Manager at the same company. Before joining RL Controls, LLC, Shane worked as a Field Service Engineer at UTC Aerospace Systems from February 2016 to December 2018. Shane also served as a Field Service Representative at Engineering Solutions and Products Inc from October 2007 to February 2016. Earlier in their career, Shane worked as a Digital Systems Engineer at both ManTech and TEKsystems. Shane started their professional journey in the US Army, where they served in the Communications role from January 2001 to January 2005.

Shane F. obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Information Technology from Central Texas College in 2010. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Austin Peay State University.
