Adriano Parrotta has a diverse work background spanning over two decades. Adriano first started their career as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley in 1997, where they played a key role in setting up the online brokerage arm of the company. Adriano transferred accounts to the online brokerage and later transitioned into a traditional financial advisor role.
In 2001, Adriano worked as an Accounts Receivable Accountant at Airlocker Inc., handling invoicing, inside collections, and assisting with accounts payable and controller duties. Adriano then joined Fidelity National Title in 2004 as a Project Manager and Designer, where they oversaw design layouts for tenant improvements and new branches. Adriano also managed project coordination and budgeting.
From 2006 to 2008, Adriano worked at Oberon Media as a Developer Partnership Manager and 3rd Party Producer. Adriano built relationships with developers for content supply across various platforms and successfully delivered games to launch.
In 2009, Adriano joined the National Geographic Society as a Producer for Games. Adriano then moved to Disney Interactive in 2010 as a Producer for the award-winning Facebook game 'Social City'. Adriano managed a cross-functional team of developers and focused on building monetization and retention features.
In 2010, Adriano also held the position of Vice President of Social at Future Ads LLC, a rapidly growing interactive marketing firm.
From 2012 to 2018, Adriano worked as a Producer at Ganz, overseeing the Webkinz brand across mobile and web platforms. Adriano managed budgets, the product roadmap, and feature development, utilizing Agile/Scrum methodology.
Since 2018, Adriano has been the Director of Product Management at RLDatix. In this role, they are responsible for the global product strategy across four regions and nine product lines. Adriano leads a team of sixteen individuals across Product Management, Product Design, and Documentation. Adriano is also involved in assessing and setting product strategies for global M&A opportunities.
In 2023, Adriano joined Brantford General Hospital as the Vice Chair of the BCHS Volunteer Association Board.
Throughout their career, Adriano has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills across various industries.
Adriano Parrotta completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from McMaster University between 2018 and 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Health Informatics from McMaster University Continuing Education from 2016 to 2018.
