The Claims Team at RLI is responsible for managing and resolving insurance claims to uphold the company's commitment to safeguarding client assets. Led by the VP & Chief Claim Officer, the team, consisting of VPs, claim managers, and technical experts, ensures efficient, fair, and compliant claim processes to support policyholders throughout their claims journey.
