Gillian Carter has work experience starting in 2021 with Abbott, where they served as a Call Queue Coordinator from April 2022 to November 2022. Gillian also worked as a Customer Service Representative from May 2021 to November 2022, fulfilling responsibilities such as maintaining customer/client data, onboarding new patients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior to Abbott, Gillian worked at RLS as a Patient Care Advocate- PET and Theranostic Sales starting in January 2023.

Gillian Carter obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Florida, where they studied from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Florida Health and Life Insurance from the Globe Life Family Heritage Division in December 2022.
