Jitka Ricarova Chaloupkova

Jitka Ricarova Chaloupkova began their work experience in 1995 as an HR Specialist at C.S. Investgroup, a.s. Jitka then worked as a Project Manager focused on HR Projects at the same company from 2000 to 2006. In 2006, they joined ArcelorMittal as an HR Manager until 2008. From 2008 to 2016, Jitka worked as an HR Manager at HOERBIGER. Currently, they are the HR Director at RM Gastro, a position they have held since 2017.

Jitka Ricarova Chaloupkova obtained a Mgr degree in Psychology from Charles University between 1993 and 1998. Jitka also holds a Bakalář (Bc.) degree in Lékařství from Charles University. Additionally, they have certifications in Change management, HR business partner, Project management, Motivation, and Leadership from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
