Alysha Louis is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and employee experience, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Specialist at RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation since March 2023. Louis successfully led the organization's transition from paper processes to a paperless system and played a pivotal role in developing and implementing a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resources Customer Relationship Management (HR CRM) tool. Previous experience includes positions as a Recruiter & Talent Specialist at Goodshuffle and an Admissions Recruiter at Washington Adventist University. Additionally, Louis held multiple roles at VG Acquisitions, starting as a Corporate Trainer and advancing to Senior Corporate Trainer, focusing on developing management teams for client expansion. Early career involvement included serving as a Server and Bartender at Farmers & Distillers DC, LLC. Louis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from The Catholic University of America and graduated from Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart.
