Fred Shiffer

Fred Shiffer is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in civil and special inspections. Currently serving as a Construction Special Inspector at RMA Group, Inc. since December 2015, Fred has previously held various roles, including Project Special Inspector and QA Inspector at Burns & McDonnell and Cordoba Corporation from October 2011 to October 2015. Additionally, Fred worked as a Construction Inspector at Moore Twining Associates, Inc. from August 2005 to October 2011. Fred's qualifications include certifications as an AWS CWI, ICC, and expertise in structural steel, concrete, masonry, soils, and fireproofing, alongside being a Deputy for LA City and LA County. Educational background includes attendance at La Mirada High School and training at Larsen Inspection Training.
