Marcy Maguire, MD, FACOG has extensive work experience in the field of reproductive medicine and obstetrics/gynecology. Marcy currently serves as the Medical Director of the Liberty Corner Surgical Center and is also a Lead Physician at the West Orange office of Reproductive Medicine Associates of New Jersey (RMA). In these roles, they provide consultations and maintains surgical privileges at various medical centers. Marcy is also the Ob/GYN Chairperson at Short Hills Surgery Center. Dr. Maguire is affiliated with Saint Barnabas Medical Center and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, where they hold the position of Clinical Associate Professor. Prior to these positions, they worked as a Physician specializing in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility at the National Institutes of Health. Marcy completed their residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Tufts Medical Center.
Dr. Marcy Maguire completed their education in a sequential manner. Marcy began their academic journey by earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Molecular Biology from Princeton University between 1996 and 2000. Following this, they pursued a medical degree (MD) at the Medical College of Virginia from 2000 to 2004. Subsequently, Dr. Maguire undertook a residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Tufts Medical Center from 2004 to 2008, where they received training and practical experience as a resident physician. Finally, they further specialized in the field of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility by completing a fellowship at the National Institutes of Health for three years, from 2008 to 2011.
