Molly S.

Molly S. has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Molly began their career in 1998 at Pfizer as a Manufacturing Leadership, holding various roles such as Manager Right First Time (Lean Six Sigma Leader), Team Leader Technical Services, Senior Technical Specialist, Manager API Manufacturing, Team Leader API Manufacturing, and Production Engineer. In 2010, they moved to Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Technical Leader and Project Manager. In 2015, they transferred to AstraZeneca as a Technical Leader and Project Manager, where they were responsible for leading a team of engineers, packaging coordinators and contractors. In 2017, Molly S. joined RMC Pharmaceutical Solutions as a Senior Consultant, applying their expertise in capital projects, lean techniques, API manufacturing, solid oral dosage forms, serialization and packaging.

Molly S. attended the University of Kentucky from 1993 to 1998 and received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering. In April 2014, Molly obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
