Melissa Kuhn

Melissa Kuhn is an experienced educational professional currently serving as a Research Associate at RMC Research Corporation since January 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as an Education Specialist at the Old Dominion University Research Foundation from June 2020 to January 2023, focusing on educational partnerships. Melissa gained valuable experience as a Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant at Old Dominion University from August 2017 to June 2020, where responsibilities included serving as the lead instructor for learning theory for preservice educators and designing educational projects for the College of Engineering. Earlier, Melissa was a teacher at Richmond City Public Schools from August 2015 to August 2017, where the focus was on history education. Melissa holds a PhD in Educational Psychology from Old Dominion University, a MA in Early Childhood Education from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a BS in Early Childhood Education from the same institution.
