Ryan Healy

Ryan Healy is an accomplished construction executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President at R. MILLER Inc. since June 2018. Previously, Ryan held the position of Vice President at Compass Construction and Director of Preconstruction Services at Lydig Construction, where notable responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations and providing exemplary customer service. As President of True North Consulting LLC, Ryan specialized in commercial development and construction services. Early career experience includes roles as Project Manager at Opus NW Corporation and Assistant Project Manager at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management with a Minor in Business from Northern Arizona University.
