Linda Effiong

Linda Effiong is a Design Engineer at KORU Medical Systems since January 2022, with prior experience as a Research Engineer at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and as an Orthopaedic Research Teaching Assistant IV at Rutgers Biomedical Health Sciences. Throughout the career, Linda has focused on biomechanical testing of cervical spine instability, joint stability studies using in-vivo and in-vitro methodologies, and various micro computed tomography projects related to bone growth and healing. Linda's research contributions include innovative testing rigs and data analysis techniques to enhance the understanding of joint mechanics and bone integration. Linda holds a Master's degree in Biomechanics from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University.
