Ahmad Samer Abdulhaleem

Ahmad Samer Abdulhaleem is an experienced professional in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) with a strong background in coordinating diverse programs across multiple contexts. As a Regional MEAL Coordinator at International Medical Corps since 2015, Ahmad has led initiatives to harmonize MEAL implementations and improve program impact through rigorous evaluations and innovative feedback systems. Ahmad has managed MEAL systems for complex, multi-donor projects, and has provided crucial data analysis during emergency responses, including significant work during the Bahamas hurricane. Additionally, experience as an M&E Expert at RMTeam International involved designing monitoring frameworks for EU-funded projects. Ahmad holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Lebanese International University and a Technical Diploma in Network Engineering from Damascus Technical Institute.
