Bassam al-Kuwatli

Bassam Al-Kuwatli serves as the Chief Executive Officer at BlueDesk since January 2023 and as Managing Director at RMTeam International since October 2013, where the focus is on fostering community development through research, economic growth, and human rights initiatives. Al-Kuwatli's vision centers on empowering individuals in conflict-affected regions to engage in societal rebuilding. Al-Kuwatli's mission is to facilitate collaboration between international organizations and local actors to align goals and enhance program effectiveness. With a strong educational background, including an MA in Conflict Analysis and Management from Royal Roads University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Technical University of Sofia, Al-Kuwatli's diverse experience spans various roles in community engagement, peacebuilding, and business management.
