Joana Natálio

Joana Natálio's work experience includes a role as a Lead Product Designer at Flecto starting in 2023. Before that, they worked at Masterlink - Business Innovation as a Team Leader in Customer Experience & Innovation from 2022 to 2022, and as a UX/UI specialist from 2020 to 2022. Joana also worked as a Product Design Consultant at ADENTIS from 2019 to 2020, where they conducted user research, usability audits, concept design, prototyping, and visual/interactive design. Prior to that, they were a Junior Researcher at INESC-ID in 2019. Joana also worked as a UI/UX Designer at FixeAds in 2016 and as a Freelance Designer at ShineTech Professional Training in 2016.

Joana Natálio obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science, majoring in Interaction and Visualization, from Instituto Superior Técnico from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Licentiate degree in Computer Science at the same institution from 2011 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Joana Natálio has also obtained various certifications. These include a certification in Professional Training in Psychoanalysis from ADENTIS Portugal, obtained in November 2020. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in 2018, with various months throughout the year.
