Thapelo Maluleke

Thapelo Maluleke is an experienced professional in employee relations, currently serving as the Regional Employee Relations Manager at the Road Accident Fund since December 2020. Responsibilities include providing Employee Relations support, ensuring compliance with Labour Legislation, managing grievances, and representing the organization at the CCMA.
