Aaron Adragna

Aaron Adragna has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Aaron started their career in 1999 as the Director of Teen/Community Programs at The County of San Diego, Department of Parks and Recreation, where they coordinated community efforts and developed activities for at-risk youth.

From 2004 to 2005, Aaron worked as the Assistant Director of Marketing at Fashion Valley, the largest luxury lifestyle center in San Diego. Aaron managed the day-to-day operations and oversaw a budget of $1.5 million.

In 2005, Aaron took on the role of Regional Director of Marketing at The Shops at Las Americas, overseeing marketing initiatives for seven regional shopping centers. Aaron managed the largest outlet center in San Diego, developed a branding campaign, and implemented a new advertising strategy.

From 2007 to 2008, Aaron served as the Director of Marketing at Westfield, managing community and government relations for a $900 million revitalization project of Westfield UTC. Aaron added 800,000 square feet and 150 new retailers to the property.

Aaron served as a Program and Recruiting Manager for Saudi Arabia Operations, providing program/project management and conducting high-volume recruitment in a competitive environment.

In 2013, Aaron joined Caron & Stanley, Inc. as an Executive Recruiter, where they developed and managed placement of accounting and finance professionals. Aaron marketed to clients, negotiated contracts, and assessed client needs.

Since 2015, Aaron has been the Head Coach and Founder of the Black Flag Running Club, an organized marathon and half marathon training program.
