Aaron Adragna has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Aaron started their career in 1999 as the Director of Teen/Community Programs at The County of San Diego, Department of Parks and Recreation, where they coordinated community efforts and developed activities for at-risk youth.

Since 2015, Aaron has been the Head Coach and Founder of the Black Flag Running Club, an organized marathon and half marathon training program.
