Brendan Walsh

Brendan joined the RSA in August 2022 as Chief Operations Officer (COO). The role of customer operations is to oversee the delivery of the RSA public services including the driving test, driver theory test, driver licensing, NCT, CVRT, and enforcement. The Drivers license services interact with over 1 million people per year and the Vehicle testing and Enforcement ensure that over 2 million vehicles are tested to the required standard annually.
