Jamila Na-Aata

Jamila Na-Aata serves as a Student Career Coach at Road to Hire since June 2021, focusing on supporting students of color from low-income backgrounds in achieving access to high-paying jobs after graduation. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Scheduling for the Niner Guide Program within the Undergraduate Admissions Office at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from July 2020 to December 2021, where responsibilities involved managing schedules for large-scale events and communication regarding absences. Additionally, Jamila worked as a Cashier/Server at Goodberry's Creamery, Inc. from June 2017 to May 2021, providing excellent customer service through effective communication. Jamila Na-Aata earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Translation Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in May 2021.
