Anshul Goyal has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2011. In 2011, they were a Student Programmer at Carnegie Mellon University. In 2012, they were a Software Developer Intern at Bentley Systems, where they developed a new QA module to test new customer's database and software setup and worked with the core developer team to integrate the new QA module and webpage into the core project code. In 2013, they were a Software Development Engineer Intern at Amazon. In 2014, they were a Bluetooth QA Engineer at Apple. In 2017, they were a Computer Engineer Intern at Key Tech Inc. Since 2018, they have been a Data Scientist at RoadBotics, where they are developing a pipeline of advanced computer vision techniques to create 3D digital copies of real-world assets and localize them with higher-than-GPS accuracy from consumer smart-phone videos and GPS data, as well as designing and training new deep learning models to automate pavement damage detection and segmentation from consumer smart-phone video.
Anshul Goyal received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University between 2010 and 2014. Anshul then went on to receive a Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University between 2016 and 2017.
