Dan Porcaro has had a varied career with experience in sales, business development, recruiting, and teaching. Dan began their career in 2008 with General Motors as a consultant on the Camaro development team. In 2009, they joined Altria, where they held roles such as Manager Sales Infrastructure, International Trade Programs - Business Development, Unit Manager Field Sales, and Territory Sales Manager. In 2017, they joined the U.S. Navy Reserve as Commanding Officer and Company Commander. In 2020, they joined the US Navy as CTF-56 Movement Control Officer. From 2016-2019, they were an Adjunct Professor of Sales at Virginia Commonwealth University. In 2019, they joined Michelin as VP Sales & Partnerships Michelin Mobility Intelligence, Sales Director, North American Recruiting & Special Projects, and Business Development and Alliances. Most recently, in 2022, they joined RoadBotics by Michelin as VP Sales & Partnerships.
Dan Porcaro received their Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management in 2009, majoring in Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship & Emerging Enterprises. Following this, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business in 2016.
