Stephen Chen P.e.

Stephen Chen, P.E. has extensive experience in both engineering and script reading. Currently, Stephen serves as a script reader for the BlueCat Screenplay Competition and Roadmap Writers, contributing feedback on various film scripts. Stephen's engineering career includes roles at CH2M as Transportation Engineer III, where leadership was demonstrated in site civil design for the first fully-automated port terminal on the West Coast, and as a project engineer at BKF Engineers, working on public civil projects. Additional engineering experience includes an internship with the City of Los Angeles and a position at Baxter Healthcare. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Cornell University and a Professional Certificate in Writing for Television from UCLA.
