Michele Leblanc Schmidt

Michele LeBlanc Schmidt has extensive experience in various roles related to compensation, benefits, and office management. Michele is currently the Head of Compensation & Benefits at RoadSync since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Benefits Analyst at American Express Travel Related Services Company from October 2020 to June 2021. From 2012 to 2020, they served as the Head of Employee Benefits at Kabbage, Inc. Before that, they worked as a Benefits/Payroll Administrator & Staff Accountant at The Atlanta Ballet from July 2009 to August 2012. In 2008, they held the position of Assistant to the CEO at ClaireChase Inc, where they handled day-to-day office activities and assisted in processing orders. Michele also has experience as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager at CompuCredit from August 2006 to October 2007. Lastly, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Merrill Lynch International from 1981 to 1990.
