Randy Hon

Randy Hon has extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 1997, they served as a Customer Operations Manager for BellSouth & NBC News. In 2000, they joined State Farm as an Agency Support Manager. From 2005 to 2019, Randy worked at FleetCor, where they held positions such as Supervisor of Customer Service and Manager of Customer Lifecycle Management. During their time at FleetCor, they focused on building high-performing teams, improving customer experience, and increasing sales revenue. In 2021, Randy joined RoadSync as the Director of Customer Support before transitioning to the role of Director of Operations & Risk in 2024. In these roles, they were responsible for driving customer satisfaction, achieving organizational goals, and managing operations.
