Sanya Soni is the Chief of Staff at Roadzen. Sanya has over 7 years of experience in Human Resources. Sanya has worked with ShopClues as Talent Acquisition and was responsible for complete ownership of recruitment process, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, and Exit Formalities. Sanya has also worked as a Management Trainee- Human Resources with IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) and as an Associate with Anand and Anand Law firm.

Sanya Soni's educational career includes obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resources and Marketing from ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education in Hyderabad, India. Sanya also holds a B.A. LL.B from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in Delhi, India.
