Eerika Hoikkala

Eerika Hoikkala has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Eerika started their career in 2007 as a Summer Worker at Loparex and continued with various Summer Worker roles at Kotkamills Oy and Mondi Lohja Oy. In 2008, they worked as a Project Worker part-time at BASF and returned to Mondi Lohja Oy as a Summer Worker. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Shift Supervisor at Mondi Lohja Oy and also held positions as a Production Assistant/Master's thesis worker and R&D Assistant. In 2014, they joined Mondi Group as a Project Engineer. Eerika later moved to Roal Oy, where they worked as an H&S Officer, Supervisor of Commissioning and project integration, and Project Manager. Eerika currently holds the position of Head of Engineering at Roal Oy.

Eerika Hoikkala completed a Master's degree in Wood Science and Wood Products/Pulp and Paper Technology from Aalto University, which they attended from 2006 to 2014. Prior to this, they obtained their high school education at Porkkala High School, where they studied from 2003 to 2006.
