Jackie Popovich

Jackie Popovich has extensive experience in quality compliance and management roles. Jackie is currently the Director of Quality Compliance at Roambee, where they are responsible for implementing and developing quality culture and ensuring ISO9001/ISO27000 compliance. Prior to this, Jackie worked at HERE Technologies as the Sr. Quality Systems Manager and Americas Quality Manager. In these roles, they facilitated the global quality strategy, collaborated with stakeholders, and managed risk and change management. Jackie's earlier experience includes working as a Sr. Quality Specialist at Nokia, where they focused on improving customer satisfaction and maintaining the integrity of the quality management system.

Jackie Popovich earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Delaware in 2004. Jackie later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Technology Management from Wilmington University, completing their studies in 2023. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including ISO 27001 Lead Auditor - Information Security Certification from BSI in 2023.
