Dragan Travica

Dragan Travica is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Vice President of Software Development and Chief Digital Officer at CloseOut since December 2023. Previously, Dragan held the role of Chief Digital Officer at Roaming Solutions Group from February 2020 to December 2023, and was with Roaming Networks as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer from September 2014 to February 2020. Dragan's career includes positions as Chief Technology Officer at AST, Telecom Services Planning Manager at Targo Telekom, Service Network Expert at Vip Mobile Serbia, GPRS & MMS Expert at Nawras, System Engineer for Value Added Services at Telekom Srbija, and Design and Implementation Engineer at Elpas d.o.o. Dragan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications from the University of Belgrade between 1994 and 2001.
