Bo Karssen began their career in 2014 as a Verkoopmedewerker at NOOK.style. In 2018, they moved to Starbucks where they worked as a Barista. In 2019, Bo joined jellow.nl as a Team Lead Customer Success, Customer Success Officer, and Operationeel medewerker. In this role, they were responsible for account management, collecting customer feedback, suggesting product and service improvements, and monitoring service standards. Bo also completed a stage as a Communicatie/Operationeel medewerker. In 2022, Bo joined Roamler as a Product Owner.
Bo Karssen obtained their Havo degree from A. Roland Holst College in the field of Economie en Maatschappij. Bo then continued their studies at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Bachelor degree in Commerciële economie (CE) - Specialisatie Marketing & Sales. During this period, they also completed a Minor in Toegepaste psychologie (Applied psychology) at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht).
