Cailin Cox

Cailin Cox currently serves as the Director of Operations at Playful Pathways, LLC, since May 2024, and has been a Substitute Teacher for Roanoke County Schools since February 2021. Prior experience includes the role of STARS Advocate at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc., focusing on social justice initiatives and support for Foster Care families from August 2023 to July 2024. Cailin was the Owner and Social Media Director at The Knotty Turner from July 2014 to June 2023, where responsibilities included designing and marketing handmade wood products. Additionally, Cailin worked as a Processor at Acquisition Title & Settlement Agency for a brief period in 2020. Educational background includes an Associate of Science degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from American National University and an Associate of Science in General Studies from Virginia Western Community College.
