Allison Fellner

Allison Fellner has a diverse and extensive work experience. Allison is currently the Chief People Officer at Roark Capital, an Atlanta-based private equity firm. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Aptean, a global provider of enterprise software solutions. Allison also held the position of Chief People Officer at Jabian Consulting, a management and technology consultancy firm, where they helped clients create and implement strategies for business processes and human capital development. Before that, Allison worked at Accenture in various roles, including HR Business Partner, Global Employee Relations Director, Talent Strategist, and Director of Careers and Engagement. Allison started their career at Accenture as an IT Consultant and eventually became a Human Resources Executive. Allison has accumulated significant experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational development over their career.

Allison Fellner completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing and International Business from Texas McCombs School of Business between 1988 and 1992.
