Myriam Weyland

Myriam Weyland has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Myriam most recently worked as a Process Operations Manager at roastmarket since April 2022. Prior to that, they spent time learning German at the Goethe-Institute & A-Viva Language School in Frankfurt am Main from March 2021 to January 2022. In 2020, Myriam volunteered at the Sanctuary of the Sainte Baume, where they served as a kitchen helper, retail saleswoman, and contributed to other community services such as gardening, library maintenance, painting, and cleaning. Before that, from 2015 to 2020, they worked at GéoLean as a Senior Consultant in Lean Management Systems, where they worked on numerous projects across logistics, production, automotive, aeronautics, and other sectors in Europe. Myriam also held the role of Sales Administration Assistant and Junior Consultant in Lean Management Systems at GéoLean, where they implemented Lean Systems and facilitated continuous improvement culture at key accounts in logistics and sales sectors.
