Prior to their current role, Brian served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Lighthouse Works Inc., where they witnessed the impact of vision loss on the lives of individuals and the positive influence of Lighthouse of Central Florida. Brian also worked as the Director of Business Development at DLH Corporation, where they delivered technology-enabled solutions for federal government clients.

Brian has a history of leadership roles with CAE Healthcare. Brian served as the Director of Government and Military Business Development, where they focused on expanding CAE Healthcare's presence in the global military and government healthcare training market. Brian also held the position of Global Leader of Strategic Initiatives, Turnkey Solutions, and Military Sales, where they played a key role in transforming CAE Healthcare to offer comprehensive services and products to the healthcare training market.

Prior to their university education, Brian attended Palm Beach Gardens High School.
