Marcelle Jans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in personal development coaching, training, and business strategy. As the founder of Connect2 Training & Coaching since January 2020, Marcelle specializes in creating engaged work environments through coaching and leadership training programs in both Dutch and English. Concurrently, at Robbins Research International, Marcelle provides results coaching and business strategy training. With a history of training and facilitation roles at Boertien Vergouwen Overduin and Mind Gym, Marcelle has successfully led various management and leadership development programs across multiple industries. Former roles include sourcing and quality assurance management at Nike EMEA and Debenhams, where Marcelle developed strategic supply chains and quality assurance processes. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business/Product Development from Drexel University and several coaching certifications.
